All prices are listed in Czech Crowns (CZK) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We accept the following payment methods:

Order Processing

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location, shipping method selected, and total order value. Free shipping is available for orders over CZK 1,500 within the Czech Republic.

7. Returns and Refunds
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCTS GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR CZK 10,000, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of our Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
